How can i check my loan details in india while i am living abroad?

If the bank branch is accessible through internet, then everything can be solved at your own from abroad.But if it is not then send a letter directly to the bank branch or through a reliable friend for detailed information.However monthly installment can be sent directly to bank by various means . It would be easier to answer if the name of the bank,branch & place is disclosed.
